Wonderful company ! When it was time to replace our Heat/AC system we knew exactly who we were going to use. We have used John Burger over the years at the company I worked for and always had great service. Justin answered any questions
Andy let me know of any changes that needed to be made. Very clean with removal of old system.
A couple weeks later - we had an attic fan replaced - much smaller job than A/C system but received same great service.
Oh and the new system is working great!

We needed a new unit and it was during a heat wave. We were given 3 different options with different pricing to choose from. They had our new unit installed 3 days later. The workers were kind, respectful and some of the hardest working guys out here. Will recommend to a friend and will be back in the future

Paid 90$ to have them come out. Tech said no refrigerant. Some kind of leak. Didn’t want to actually take the time to find the leak. Didn't voltage test. Wanted to do some kind of band aid. My unit it was really old. 15-4,500$ to band aid it. Say a week or 2 later something else happens. There’s more money. When it would have been cheaper to just replace the whole unit. I asked if a report and a repair estimate was part of the 90$ they said yes. Tried so hard to make me pay before getting the report. Got the report just said no refrigerant. Lazy unsatisfied. I work in the Electrical trade would never do what they did to me as a client. This is the world now…

The HVAC system was installed correctly and the quality of this product was excellent. My house feels cooler and comfortable. The team was professional, on time, honest and fair with the cost of the HVAC was affordable.

Trey Burger and his tech Tim Dick did a great job on an installation of multiple AC coolers at our home. Reasonable price, timely installation and very pleasant personalities to work with. Always showed up when they said they would and completed everything that they committed to in a timely matter. Quality company, and quality group of employees.

They replaced my old gas furnace and air conditioner with a high-efficiency all electric heat pump and air handler and I couldn't be happier. Justin provided the initial consultation and oversaw the installation. He is knowledgeable, professional and honest. He assessed my home for the proper system and quoted me an exceptional price for a very high efficiency system. From the initial consultation with Justin to the final walkthrough, the installation team Andy, Diego, Edwin and Mendoza were professional, experienced, courteous and friendly. I'm very impressed with the quality of the install. They kept the workspace spotless and protected my hardwood floors. It’s rare to find this level of craftsmanship and customer service these days.
The new system is quiet and has already made a noticeable difference in my home's comfort and energy bills. If you're looking for a high-quality HVAC company that takes pride in their work, I highly recommend them.

I initially contacted a different HVAC business that used to be in Yuba City but are no longer located here. Good guy's never called me back after I contacted them three separate times. Luckily I found John Burger in YC and they promptly returned my call, came out the following day and fixed my problem at a reasonable price. Thanks to the crew at John Burger!

We recently had to replace our entire HVAC system due to age and a broken part, and we could not have asked for a better experience than what we got with John Burger. Justin was quick with his quote, clearly explained our options, and did not put any pressure on us at all. Communication was timely and clear and Justin was happy to answer any questions we had about the process. The crew including Mendoza and Diego was quiet, hardworking, and professional, and the final product is exactly what we were expecting: efficient, energy-conscious, and aesthetically pleasing. We will definitely choose Burger HVAC for future maintenance, and would recommend them to friends and family without hesitation.

I had a great experience with John Burger. My 17-year-old AC needed to be replaced. I found John Burger on the interwebs, and I loved all the positive reviews and the fact that they were in Yuba City (I like spending my money with businesses in my area). After I called I was connected with Justin, who was great at explaining the different system options and features. They even were able to provide financing with great terms through Carrier and Wells Fargo. The crew that came out to do the install was fantastic - conscientious and professional. Despite a few challenges they did a great job.
